This should have been posted yesterday but i was obviously too busy to do so and I also had the hardest time with the arm hence the sheet like blanket covering the mid section of his arm, but overall i still like how it turned out.

Not Bad. The form looks good for the most part. I think thats the tail going around Lugia's neck? And quite the shape you have going downtown there. The only thing I can see to crit is what you already said. The are does look to thin up at the should, and gets really slim at the hand. I feel it can be bigger. I dont mind you using the sheet so much to cover your weakness if you had included it in more of the image. Keep it up
